  1. Very insightful article! As you say on-the-job training and self-direct training is more common in every industry. most of the companies provide mentorship for new comers. Job rotation is also can seen in some organizations but it is not common I guess. However, as per my opinion it is one of the easiest methods to training and develop employee skills without investing additionally.

We can't apply job rotation in all the sectors in same manner. For example in banking sector, applying this method. That is one of the easiest method of training without investing additionally.
